Dealing with Police Harassment in the FCT 101

At the Berger junction round about, I was driving and minding my business some rag tag police stopped me, and he screamed "Park! Park!!" I asked "officer what's the problem ?" He goes " Open your door let me enter!!" I asked "Officer what exactly would you be doing inside my car?" I continued "this is how you get filmed" he goes "ok, why don't you have plate numbers? " Like a good citizen I flashed the permit The VIO gave me and my particulars. He snatched it and walked away.
So very calmly I pulled over, got out and locked my car. So I walked up to him to read me my charges. He insisted that my offence was lack of plate numbers, then I asked him "officer are you sure" he said yes, I aksed him a second time he said yes. So I ripped out my phone to put the IG to test. I called the FCT command at the first ring they picked, I calmly laid my complaints and the operator requested to speak with officer, of course he went on and on saying "oga she de feel pompous" "she no gree park the first time" "oga I was doing my job o!" I stood there amused amd thoroughly enjoying his discomfiture. He then cut the phone and continued to preach! I said to him "thank you for educating me may I know the law you're quoting from?" He got angry and said he'll take me to court so the courts would interpret the law to me, that he's taking me to station. I simply walked away from him and dialled the number again, another person picked it and asked if I was the lady with the car issue, surprised I said yes then she handed the phone to the guy who picked the call the first time, he was surprised that they still refused to give me back my papers. He advised that I wait there that he's sending a senior officer. On hearing this the first guy tried everything to convince me to come closer I said don't worry discussion is over your people are coming. Frantic he started to "draw rain" I was just calm . Three officers arrived and he frantically tried to convince him that he was just advising me that my car could be stolen yada yada yada yada. He calmly collected the papers and gave them back to me and off I went away still minding my business.
